The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above
This article explains how the system treats chat deletion.
Resolution
Ricochet users cannot fully delete chats from the platform. Chat rooms and individual messages can be deleted from view on the Team Sidebar, however for Admins, all chat history remains in Reports -> Chat History section of Ricochet. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
