How do I change the status on leads in bulk?

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This guide walks administrators through the steps to filter leads, select one or more records, and apply a new status in bulk from the Lead Management page. It also covers important notes about bulk updates, including queue processing for larger lead selections and confirmation prompts to ensure changes are applied correctly.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


1. To change the status of leads in bulk, filter your leads as needed. Next, select one or more leads on the page. To select all, click the checkbox at the top row.

Or select all leads by checking the box for "Select all leads of this search"


2. Click Actions


3. Click inside the Statuses area and choose the status you want to apply to the selected leads.


4. Once you have the status selected, click Save


5. Click Ok to confirm the changes.

Note: If you selected more than 50 leads, the process will be put on queue to be processed in the background. You'll receive an email once it's completed.
