How do I filter my lead management page by a specific List Upload?

This article addresses how administrators can use the Uploaded Lists filter within the Lead Management page to narrow results to leads tied to a specific list upload. This guide walks through how to apply and clear these filters so users can efficiently manage and review targeted groups of leads.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

1. To filter the lead management page by a specific list upload, click Filters

2. Click inside the Uploaded Lists filter area to reveal the imported list names

3. Click the list name you wish to filter the lead management page by (you can select more than one or all the lists)

4. Click Filter

5. Your lead management page will show the leads associated with the list or lists selected (along with any other filters selected).

To clear your filters selected, click Clear Filters to show all the leads in your system
