How can I view the leads for a specific List Import?

Purpose: Viewing leads after import
Location in Ricochet: Lead Management Page or Configuration > Upload Leads

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article addresses how users can see uploaded leads for specific list import in Ricochet.

Resolution

You can view the leads in one of two ways:

1. Filter by List Upload name on the Lead Management page
2. Navigate to Configuration --> Load a List, click "View Import History Report", then click the green/white View Leads icon.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
