How do I add / remove emails to the Starred section?

Purpose: Explain how users can add emails to the Starred section for quick access and remove them when they are no longer needed.

Description

This article walks through the steps for starring and unstarring email messages from the Email Messaging Inbox, allowing users to easily organize and access important emails within Ricochet.

1. To add an email from your Inbox to the Starred section, click the Email Messaging section icon


2. Click the Inbox icon


3. Click inside the Search box and type your search criteria.

Note: This will search in the Subject line only.


4. You can star an email one of two ways:

The first way: Click the Star icon in the email list


5. The second way: Click the email to open it up on the right side, then click the Star icon at the top right.

Note: Your starred emails will be visible in the Starred section of Ricochet.


6. You can remove emails from the Starred section by clicking the Star icon again to deselect it.
