The instructions in this article require Branch Manager access or above

This article explains how to listen to voicemail on specific phone numbers by navigating to the phone settings page and searching for the number.

Resolution

To listen to the current voicemail on a specific phone number, navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, search for the number and click the "Listen" button under the "Current VoiceMail" column.  The file, if one is added, will open in a new tab to listen.
