How do I ring other phone numbers when someone calls an assigned phone number?

This article explains how to ring other phone numbers when assigned numbers are called, in the phone settings page.

Resolution

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should open a ticket.

To ring another phone number when a direct dial assigned phone number is called, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Configuration --> Phone Settings, click Edit for the user you wish to update.
2. Go to the User Routing tab, and in the "Phones List" area, type in the secondary phone number you wish to have ring when the assigned number is called.
3. Click the + symbol, then click Save.
