The recommended time for Initial Routing Time is contingent on your business needs for transferring calls to a specific team/branch/users.  

Typical Initial Routing Times seen in general range from 15-25 seconds per routing attempt.  Keep in mind that the caller will be hearing ringing (or your greeting, if set up) for the duration of each attempt.
