Can I remove leads from the queue?

Purpose: Removing leads from the queue
Location in Ricochet: Reports > Call Queue


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article explains how to remove leads from the queue in the call queue report.   


Resolution


You can remove leads from the Live or Eve Q by clicking the "Remove" button under the Actions column for the lead you want to remove.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
