How can I duplicate an Email campaign?

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

These instructions explain how to duplicate an email marketing campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation, opening the Emails tab, and using the duplicate option in the Actions column. They note that the copied campaign appears at the bottom of the list with “Copy of” added to its name and can then be edited as needed.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

1. To duplicate an Email campaign, click Configuration

2. Click Marketing Automation

3. Click the Emails tab

4. Click the duplicate button under the Actions column

5. This will add the duplicated campaign to the bottom of your list, starting with the words "Copy of" followed by the name of the original campaign.

Click the edit button to begin editing your duplicated campaign.
