Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


These instructions explain how to create a new email marketing campaign in Ricochet by navigating to Configuration > Marketing Automation, selecting the Emails tab, starting a new automation, choosing Email as the automation type, and selecting the specific type of email automation to configure.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


1. To create a new Email campaign, click Configuration



2. Click Marketing Automation


3. Click the Emails tab


4. Click Create New Automation


5. Click the dropdown to choose your automation type.


6. Select Email


7. Choose the type of email automation you wish to create.
