Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This instruction describes how to view leads in an existing dialer campaign in the system. 

Resolution

To view the leads that meet the filtered criteria for a dialer campaign, navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, click the View Leads icon to view the leads, up to 100 leads max.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
