How can I delete a List Import?

Purpose: To delete list import
Location in Ricochet: Configuration > Upload Leads

Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above

This article addresses how users can delete a list import in Ricochet.

Resolution

To delete a List Import:

- Navigate to Configuration --> Load a List, click on View Import History Report
- Click the Delete button under the Actions column for the list you want to remove

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
