Description

This instruction describes how to add a name to show up instead of the email address only for emails that are sent from the Ricochet platform.   

Resolution

You can add a name to show up instead of the email address only for emails that are sent from the Ricochet platform.  Navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you wish to modify, and in the "Hooks for Email" area, in the text area for "Agent Email From Name", type in the name you want to have show up, scroll down and click Save.
