How can I edit an existing Agent?

Purpose: Maintaining Existing Agent
Location in Ricochet: Management > Agents


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This instruction describes how to make changes to an existing agent in the system.


Resolution


To edit an Agent, navigate to Manage --> Agents and click on the Edit button for the agent you wish to make changes to.  Once the updates are made, click Save and ask the user to refresh.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket
