This article explains the purpose of the live lead transfer checkbox in the add vendor campaign section.  

Resolution

The "Live Lead Transfer" checkbox in the Create Vendor Campaign area will add a parameter to the campaign's Posting URL, which should get provided to the lead provider. This will ensure that the posted leads to that specific URL will not trigger an outbound call in Real Time / Live Q / Eve Q inside your platform.
