The instructions in this article require Administrator permission

This instruction describes how to view the total number of leads in an existing dialer campaign in the system. 

Resolution

To view the total number of leads in a dialer campaign (that meet the filters set), navigate to Manage --> Dialer Campaigns, click the View Leads Count button for the campaign, and the total will appear next to the dialer campaign name.

NOTE:  This is the total number of leads that meet the campaign filters, not necessarily the number of leads that the user(s) are eligible for.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
