The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above
This article explains how to view leads in the eve Q in the call queue report.
Resolution
To view leads in the Eve Q, navigate to Reports --> Call Queue and click the number under the "Eve-Q" text to view the leads in the Eve Q calling queue. Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
