The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above
This article explains how to view calling hours for uncalled leads in the call queue report.
Resolution
Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should open a ticket.To view calling hours for leads in Live or Eve Q that have not been called yet, navigate to Reports --> Call Queue and view the Calling Hours column to see when the legal calling hours are for the leads.Was this article helpful?
