Description
This article addresses the steps for a user to follow up on opened and closed tickets.
Resolution
Currently, you will have to search your email inbox for tickets submitted/created on the Ricochet360 Support Widget. Search for the sender's email address "support@ricochet360.com". Replies from the Ricochet360 Support Team will send to the email address that you have associated with your Ricochet account at the time of ticket submission. The ticket number will be in the subject line of the email as well.
