Currently, you will have to search your email inbox for tickets submitted/created on the Ricochet360 Support Widget after 3/15/2021.  Search for the sender's email address "support@ricochet360.com".  

Replies from the Ricochet360 Support Team will send to the email address that you have associated with your Ricochet account at the time of ticket submission.  The ticket number will be in the subject line of the email as well.

Regarding searching for older Ahoy-based support tickets (submitted through the Ahoy ticketing system), we currently do not have a way to search or view those older tickets at this time.  We may open that portal back up to view older tickets (in a read-only mode), however as of right now there is no way to access the older support tickets created prior to 3/15/2021.
