How do I submit a mapping request?

To submit a mapping request for a new lead provider:

1. Click  "Not Helpful" at the bottom of this article inside the Ricochet360 Help Widget.

2. On the Support Ticket widget form, choose "Lead Integration (Mapping Lead Provider)" from the "Primary Issue / Topic" dropdown.

3. Provide the requested information needed to start your mapping request:

-- Vendor Name

-- Lead URL / Lead ID (from the Lead Management page, click on the lead that posted in, copy the URL at the top of your browser and paste the Lead URL into this section of the ticket)

-- API Key (if applicable) for mapping non-named fields

NOTE:  Only submit one mapping request per ticket, even if the vendor is posting multiple types of leads.  We will need one ticket submitted per type of mapping request.
