This article addresses recommendations regarding spam remediation in Ricochet.
Resolution
Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should open a ticket.Nobody wants their phone numbers marked at Spam! As best practice dictates, to keep your numbers healthy you should reach out to the following list of carriers to ask them to remove any labels that may have been applied to your phone numbers.
