1. To add custom status groups to the Vendor Performance Report, click Dashboard

3. Click the gear icon to edit the table settings

4. Click Add Status Group

5. Click inside the Name area and type the name of the status group you want to create.

6. Click Select Statuses to choose the status or statuses you want to add to the new group.

Each new group will create a column on your report.

7. Click Add Status Group - the column will appear in the report.

10. To search for leads and vendors that match your custom status group, click Select date and choose a date filter.

11. For this example, we will click Last 7 days

12. Click Search to generate your results.

13. If you need to make changes to your status group settings, click the gear icon to edit the table settings

14. If you want to hide the column from view, click the eye icon.

15. If you want to edit the name and/or statuses in the custom status group, click the edit button

16. To add / remove a status, click inside the Statuses area and make the desired edits

17. Once you make your changes, click Update Status Group
