How do I export my Vendor Performance Report?

Purpose: Enable Admin/Branch Managers to export Vendor Performance Reports from Ricochet for offline review, sharing, and analysis.

Location in Ricochet: Dashboard -> Performance Dashboard -> Vendor tab


Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article explains how to run and export a Vendor Performance Report from the Performance Dashboard using selected filters and date ranges. The report is exported as a CSV file for easy reporting, auditing, and data analysis outside of Ricochet.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.


 1. To export your Vendor Performance Report, click Dashboard


2. Click Performance Dashboard


3. Proceed to run your report using the filters desired


4. For this example, we will look at leads created in the period of the last 7 days. Click Last 7 days from the dropdown menu.


5. Click Search


6. You may also want to toggle the "Only Show Leads Created in Time Frame" option to display different results.

Unchecking this box will show all leads with activity during the time period selected instead of just leads created in that time period.


7. Click Export and save the report file to your desired location on your computer.

The file type will export in a .CSV format.
