How can I view the lead (if any) associated with the email?

Purpose: Help users understand how to identify and access a lead record that is associated with an email message from within the Email Messaging Dashboard.

Description

This article explains how to locate and view the lead, if one exists, that is linked to an email message in the Email Messaging Dashboard by using the Actions column and inbox views.

1. If you want to view the lead associated with an email, click Email Messaging


2. Click the 2nd Email Messaging button


3. Search for the email on the page, and if there is a magnifying glass in the Actions column, click the view lead icon to view the lead.

This can be done from the "Total Responses" (inbox) view as well.
