Description
This article addresses the possible reasons why a user is not able to send an email from inside Ricochet.
Resolution
If you are unable to send an email, it's likely that your SMTP settings are not configured at all, or improperly configured. You may need to check your SMTP settings (found in Configuration --> User Settings --> SMTP Credentials) against your settings from your email provider or SMTP provider.Was this article helpful?
