My Email Custom is showing up all on one line - how can I fix?

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to configure the HTML based Email Custom of a branch. 


Resolution


All signature areas in Ricochet must be HTML-based.  Please seek out a resource like https://wordtohtml.net to convert a text-based signature into HTML-based, and copy the HTML-based signature and paste it into the Email Custom area of the Branch Profile, then click Save for that Branch's profile.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
