When I enter a value for “Last Statused”, does that timer reset when applying the same status to a lead in the campaign?

Description

This article explains the behavior of the timer based on statuses applied to leads in the dialer campaign. 


Resolution


Each time a status is applied to the lead that meets the filters of the dialer campaign (same or different matching filtered status), the timer will reset based on the time filtering for Last Statused.
