What factors are considered in counting the “Minimum Delay” value?

Description

This article explains how the minimum delay value in an existing dialer campaign is calculated.  


Resolution

Any outbound call to a lead is counted in the Minimum Delay Between Calls on the same lead value.  Each call not made within the campaign will reset the timer, as will a call made through any of the dialer campaigns.
