This article explains how the minimum delay value in an existing dialer campaign is calculated.
Resolution
Any outbound call to a lead is counted in the Minimum Delay Between Calls on the same lead value. Each call not made within the campaign will reset the timer, as will a call made through any of the dialer campaigns.Was this article helpful?
