To reset your password for the Ahoy Management Portal:

1. On the main Ahoy page, click "Forgot Password"

2. Enter the email address associated with your Ahoy login and click "Reset Password" 3. You'll receive a pop-up notification that an email was sent with instructions to reset your password 4. Check your inbox (or spam folder) for an email sent from updates@ricochet360.com with the Subject "Reset Password".  Click the link in the email to reset your login password.
