If you are running into issues with Ricochet functioning normally, it may be best to clear the Google Cache and try to log back in.  Here are the steps:

1. Log out of Ricochet

2. In the upper right side of Chrome, click the 3 vertical dots

3. Click on "More Tools"

4. Select "Clear Browsing Data"

5. Click the "Advanced" tab 6. Ensure that ONLY the "Cached images and Files" checkbox is selected - unselect all other checkboxes 7. Change the "Time Range" dropdown to "All Time" 8. Click "Clear Data" Once that is completed (it may take a few moments to complete), close your Chrome browser completely and reopen and log back into Ricochet.
