To request a new user either be added to your Ricochet360 platform or to have one removed, please scroll down and click on "Not Helpful" to submit a ticket. Choose "Add a New Ricochet User" or "Delete a Current Ricochet User" from the Primary Topic drop down in the ticket form.

If you need to submit a support ticket, Admins and Agents: Return to your Ricochet platform and proceed to file a ticket using the Help -> Get Support action to open the Help widget.
