Purpose: To guide agents in troubleshooting issues when the Preview Dialer is spinning without loading leads.

Description

If the dialer is spinning, first check your computer settings by clearing cache and ensuring a stable internet connection. Then confirm with your manager that leads are available in the Shark Tank. If the issue persists, join Live Zoom Support for further assistance.



Resolution

If you are on Preview Dialing Online and the dialer is spinning, not pulling up leads, there are a few common things to check:

  1. Check Computer Settings
    Try clearing your browser cache and make sure you have a stable internet connection. These steps often resolve loading issues.
  2. Check Lead Availability
    Confirm with your manager that there are enough leads available in the Shark Tank (non-contacted leads). If the system runs out of eligible leads, the dialer may continue spinning. 
  3. Join Live Zoom Support
    If the issue continues, please join our Live Zoom Support, where our team can help troubleshoot and review the system from the back end.
