Resolution
Workstation Setup - Join us in zoom for our daily workstation setup! This session is for users that are new to the Ricochet platform or regular user that have a new setup for work that need review the settings. We cover the basics to get you up and calling out as soon as possible. This training don't need to be scheduled. Once completed, we'll book you for the Live user Training,
User Success Suite - You are a new user and are struggling to use Ricochet effectively? Join us on zoom in the user success suite where we'll have one of our team members join you or your team to answer any questions that come up while using Ricochet. This session don't need to be scheduled
