How to check Call Cadence and how to request changes.


Resolution


All Ricochet360 accounts are built using by default the Call Cadence attached. You can find all names of Dialer Campaigns, average amount of calls for each of them, etc.

If you want to change this, you need to send us a written request through a ticket explaining what you want to achieve. If the last meeting you had was over a month and you want to have a deeper discussion over this, you can book an Optimization Meeting with one of our specialists.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin.
