Description

The instructions in this article require Branch Manager permission or above


This article explains the possible metrics shown in the others or untracked column in the Agent Status Report.


Resolution

Please note these statuses may change over time as the Agent Status report receives updates


Statuses captured in the "Others or Untracked" column:

  • Dialing Q (internal Ricochet360 status - not visible to front end for users)
  • Ringing
  • Dialing
