Can I change my Agent’s permission level?

Description


The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to edit the permission level of an agent.  


Resolution


Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
You can modify the agent's permission level in Ricochet by going to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you want to modify, and in the "States and Permissions" area, for the "Access Level" section, click the X to remove the current permission role and select a new permission to apply to the user, scroll down and click Save.

Ask the user to refresh their browser upon saving for the changes to take effect.
