You can modify the agent's permission level in Ricochet by going to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you want to modify, and in the "States and Permissions" area, for the "Access Level" section, click the X to remove the current permission role and select a new permission to apply to the user, scroll down and click Save. Ask the user to refresh their browser upon saving for the changes to take effect.
