How can I edit an Agent’s log in password (as an Admin)?

Description

The instructions in this article require Administrator permission


This instruction describes how to edit the log in password of an agent. 


Resolution


To edit an Agent's password as an Administrator, navigate to Manage --> Agents, click Edit for the user you want to change, and in the top right section "Security", type in the new password twice, scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.
