To recover a phone number that has been deleted from the Ahoy Management Portal: 1. Click "Not Helpful" at the bottom of this article inside the Ricochet360 Help Widget 2. On the Support Ticket widget form, choose "Ahoy Management Portal" from the "Primary Issue / Topic" dropdown, then select "Recover Deleted Phone Number" from the sub-dropdown "Please select one of the following that best fits your inquiry". 3. In the Additional Information section, please provide the phone number(s) that you need to have restored back into your Ricochet360 account. NOTE: If it has been more than 10 calendar days since the deletion of the phone number(s), we will not be able to restore the number(s) as our carrier has a 10-day limit in which it will hold deleted numbers until they are fully released.
