If you need to export some of your leads and you are an Administrator, you can request access to our Advanced Reporting tool (Deerdama) by clicking the "Not Helpful" button below. 

On the ticket submission form, choose "Reporting" -> "Advanced Reporting Tool" from the Primary Issue/Topic dropdown and follow the rest of the prompts.  

In the ticket description, provide us with the user(s) name/email address you wish to have access to the report.  They will need to have access to Ricochet to be granted access.  We strongly advise only providing administrators on the account with access to this tool.

Once we receive the ticket, we will send you the instructions to access in written form + a brief video tutorial on how to utilize the reporting tool.

Note:  You will have to be sure your account is paid up in full with no outstanding invoices due before access can be provided.
