How do I export some of my leads from Ricochet using Deerdama?

This article addresses how to export leads from Ricochet.

Resolution

If you need to export some of your leads, you can request access to our Advanced Reporting tool (Deerdama) by creating a ticket. 

On the ticket submission form, choose "Reporting" -> "Advanced Reporting Tool" from the Primary Issue/Topic dropdown and follow the rest of the prompts.  

In the ticket description, provide us with the user(s) name/email address you wish to have access to the report.  They will need to have access to Ricochet to be granted access.  We strongly advise only providing managers on the account with access to this tool.

Once we receive the ticket, we will send you the instructions to access in written form + a brief tutorial on how to utilize the reporting tool.

Note:  You will have to be sure your account is paid up in full with no outstanding invoices due before access can be provided.

Non-Administrators do not have the access to follow these instructions and should request support from their company admin or open a ticket.

Step-by-step instructions If you already have access to Deerdama

After logging in, go to the left-hand side menu and click Reports under the eye icon.

On the Reports page, click Leads Report and then Create a New Report.

When the pop-up appears, choose the label and time frame you'd like to review.You can select by Creation Date (top section) or Statusing Date (bottom section).

Scroll down to the Fields section and select all the data points you'd like included in your report.

1. Once you're done, click Submit.
   • Deerdama will take you back to the main page, where the report will appear for download as a CSV file.
   • If it takes a bit longer, please refresh the page and clear your cache to help speed up the process.

Important Notes

• The number of leads included in the report can affect the processing time.
  Larger reports may take longer to generate, but they will show up.
