If you want to have your Agent or any other non-Admin user see Company Voicemails in Ricochet, you can enable the setting by going to Manage --> Agents, click the Edit button for the user you want to edit, click the checkbox for "Show Company Voicemails" and click Save at the bottom. Once saved, ask the user(s) to refresh Ricochet and they'll now have access to any Company Voicemails left on any of your Inbound IVR lines.
